REFUND POLICY
If our website user/visitor has paid for any of our digital products or services that requires downloading through e-mail provided at registration or creation of account with us but could not be received within 30 to 60 minutes after payment, due to file missing or third (3rd) party factors that are not under our control like internet provider, the host server, and the infrastructure or the management system which serves our website, such website user/visitor will get refund within 24 to 48 hours excluding Public Holiday(s) during Workdays, and Saturday and Sunday in West African Time (WAT), unless if found wrong or no information was given.
For our non-digital products such as hot foil blocking/printing machine, cornerstone reglets, setting stick, lock and key, and letterpress types, once paid for, there is no refund. Supply within two to four weeks for machines and two weeks for blocking tools, cornerstone reglets (local/foreign) and letterpress types respectively depending on the location or State in Nigeria.
